Empowered Ageing - virtual masterclass

Join us online for a joyful and interactive wisdom filled session that will leave you excited about the years ahead of you. Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an evening of healing and re-orientation as we journey in ceremony with Sacred Cacao hosted by Plant Ceremonialist Amanda Waaldyk of Angea and Natasha Mason of Nourish Melbourne.

The evening will consist of sitting in a sacred circle, setting intentions, meditation, drumming, journaling, sharing and creating a safe container for you to deepen your experience to self. The evening is held within a Medicine Wheel (sacred space) gifted to Amanda by the White Dragon linage.

We are own greatest healers.

In Chinese Medicine, the heart is the empress housing our shen (spirit). Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that helps to strengthen and cultivate a deeper relationship with our heart and self, healing mind, body and spirit.

This will be a truly immersive, healing, transcending, transformational, and sensory shamanic event to experience and share.

+ Deepen your connection to your higher self

+ Expand your consciousness

+ Heal your energetic, emotional and physical body, ground and integrate

+ Heart centred practice to connect you to mind, body and spirit

+ Meditation journey to self

+ Inquiry to receiving insights for your self, and the collective.

The Brew will be a powerful and magical blend of ceremonial cacao with some of Amanda’s Chinese Medicine herbs and some secret ingredients we will share on the night.

Please BYO:

Yoga mat,

Blanket,

Any other props you need to feel comfortable lying down for approx. 1 hour (cushion, bolster etc.)
